Experienced HVAC Technician (7–10+ Years Required)

We are seeking a skilled, dependable, and customer-focused HVAC Technician with 7–10+ years of hands-on experience servicing and installing boilers, furnaces, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate is confident in diagnosing mechanical issues, communicating solutions clearly to customers, and delivering high-quality workmanship in both residential and light commercial settings.

This role requires strong technical expertise, professionalism, and the ability to build trust with clients by explaining system problems and repair options in a clear and honest manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems (boilers, furnaces, AC systems)
• Perform residential and light commercial installations
• Clearly explain mechanical issues and recommended solutions to customers
• Provide accurate estimates and assist in system sales when appropriate
• Ensure all installations meet code requirements and manufacturer specifications
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently

Qualifications:

• 7–10+ years of HVAC field experience
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of local codes and system requirements
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to explain technical issues in simple, understandable terms
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Valid driver’s license
