Recognized as a Certified Elder Law Attorney by the ABA-accredited National Elder Law Foundation, Bob Brogan has demonstrated his leadership abilities in the Elder and Special Needs field at both the national and state levels. Currently, he serves as the Vice President on the Board of Directors of the Special Needs Alliance, an exclusive national consortium of attorneys devoted to special needs and disability law. Additionally, he held the role of Co-Chair of the SNA's Public Policy Committee, contributing to shaping policies in this field.

Bob's commitment to the legal profession is evident through his involvement in various esteemed organizations. He served as a Director on the Board of Directors of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) and held the position of Chapter President at NJNAELA. Furthermore, he assumed the Chairmanship of the Elder and Disability Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association. Bob's exceptional expertise in Elder and Special Needs Law has earned him membership in the Council of Advanced Practitioners (CAP), an invitation-only council comprised of forward-thinking professionals driving the future of this legal domain. Additionally, he served as the Chair of the Elder Law Committee at the Ocean County Bar Association.
